Who I Am
Excuse the corny headline, but I am a journalist, as well as a coach. I have worked mainly in broadcasting for the past twenty years and have had the privilege of meeting and working with some amazing people. At the heart of my passion for the profession is the uniqueness of those I encounter; from Prime Ministers to shopkeepers, actors to beggars. It is my fascination with what makes us tick that leads me to you. I am now crafting a new narrative, and in doing so, have overcome many of MY fears to follow my dreams. The liberation is something wonderful. It is a feeling that I am inspired to share with others. Let me be clear, however, I don't fix people. That is not what coaching is all about. The process is entirely driven by you. Regardless of whether I work with you as an individual or corporate client, my mission remains the same. I will explore with you what motivates you and the obstacles that prevent you from reaching your full potential. By listening intently and asking some powerful questions, I will work with you to create a transformation in your life; one that can be built upon and sustained.

What's involved? |
Make a decision. If you know you want more out of life then reach out. I will work with you (or your employees) on a one-to-one basis. Sessions usually come in blocks of six, but we can discuss your particular requirements. We will have a chat to find out if coaching will meet your needs and then we book our sessions. These can be done in person, via phone or skype. The package will be tailored to your individual needs.
